Would you like to save on shipping by ordering a new prescription to be packaged along with your refill? Go to Step 2.

Step 2 Tell our call centre representative you would like to fill a new prescription, and that you would like this new order to be packaged together with your refill.

Step 3 Print our Fax Coversheet, and fax or mail it to us along with your new prescription:
