Existing customer - Refill Order Online

Step 1 Sign in to our Canadian pharmacy by entering your first name, last name, and phone number into the Existing Customer sign in box.

Step 2 Complete the Refill Order Form.

If you are only ordering a refill at this time, submit the Refill Order Form. Mission accomplished.

If you are ordering a new prescription as well as a refill, complete the following steps.

Step 3 Click on the "Add New Rx" button. Use our Drug Browser to find the prescription drug(s) you need, and add the item(s) to your shopping cart.

Step 4 When you have finished shopping click the "Checkout" button. You may now submit the Refill Order Form.

Step 5 Print our Fax Coversheet and fax or mail it to us along with a copy of your new prescription. Be sure to attach a note requesting your refill order and new order be packaged together.
